Appeals Policy

Procedure for appealing content removal or account actions.

1. For Depicted Persons

If you have been depicted in any content and would like to appeal to remove any such content (e.g., if consent was not given or is void under applicable law), please contact us immediately.

Neutral Body Resolution

If there should be a disagreement regarding this appeal, we will allow the disagreement to be resolved by a neutral body.

2. For Content Creators

If your content was removed or your account was penalized, and you believe this was in error, you may submit an appeal.

Appeals must be submitted within 7 days of the action.
You must provide evidence of compliance (e.g., valid 2257 records/releases).
Send your appeal to support@rilee.ai with the subject line "Creator Appeal - [Your Username]".
