Credits are used to generate AI images and videos. Each generation consumes a certain number of credits based on the workflow complexity and output quality. You can purchase credits individually or through subscription plans that include monthly credit allocations.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Navigate to Settings → Subscription and click "Cancel Subscription". Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and you'll retain access to your benefits during that time.
Refunds are available within 14 days for one-time credit purchases (if 90%+ unused) and within 7 days for first-time subscriptions (if 90%+ unused). Please see our Refund Policy for complete details and eligibility requirements.
Content may be flagged or removed if it violates our Content Policy. Common reasons include prohibited content types, copyright infringement, or inappropriate material. You'll receive an email notification explaining the reason. If you believe this was an error, you can submit an appeal to support@rilee.ai.
To delete your account, go to Settings → Account and scroll to the bottom to find the "Delete Account" option. This action is permanent and will delete all your content, credits, and account data. Make sure to export any content you want to keep before deleting your account.
We accept credit cards, debit cards, and cryptocurrency payments through our payment processors. Supported cryptocurrencies include Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), USDT, and USDC. Payment options may vary by region.
Generation times vary based on queue length, workflow complexity, and output resolution. Most generations complete within 1-5 minutes. During peak hours, wait times may be longer. If a generation is taking more than 15 minutes, please contact support with your generation ID.
Yes, you retain ownership of content you generate and can use it for commercial purposes. However, you are responsible for ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws, including copyright and right of publicity laws. AI-generated content may have limitations on copyright protection depending on jurisdiction.
