Content Provider Agreement

By uploading, generating, or distributing content ("Content") on Rilee AI, you ("Content Provider") agree to the following terms. This agreement supplements our Terms of Service.

1. Prohibited Activities

The Content Provider shall NOT Upload or Generate any content that:

• Is illegal or violates any applicable laws or regulations.
• Depicts minors (individuals under 18 years of age) in any sexual or suggestive context.
• Depicts non-consensual sexual acts, violence, or abuse.
• Violates the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party.

2. Consent & Release Requirements

The Content Provider represents and warrants that for all persons depicted in the Content:

• They have obtained and keep on record **written consent** from all persons depicted.
• This consent specifically includes:
  • Consent to be depicted in the content.
  • Consent to allow for the public distribution of the content and to upload the content to Rilee AI.
  • Consent to have the content downloaded by other users (if applicable).

3. Age Verification & Record Keeping

The Content Provider agrees to:

• Verify the identity and age of all persons depicted in the content to ensure they are adults (18+).
• Maintain supporting documents (ID copies, release forms) pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 2257.
• Produce these documents upon request by Rilee AI or law enforcement.

By affirming this agreement electronically (e.g., via checkbox at signup or upload), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
