Complaints & Content Removal Policy

1. Reporting Content

We are committed to maintaining a safe environment. If you encounter content that may be illegal, violates our Standards, or depicts you without consent, please report it immediately.

You can report content by:

• Using the "Report" button on the specific content page.
• Emailing us at support@rilee.ai with details (URL, screenshot, description).
• Using the CCBill complaints form: Complaints/Take Down Request

2. Review Process & Timeline

We take all complaints seriously.

• Acknowledgment: All reported complaints will be reviewed and resolved within five (5) business days.
• Investigation: Our team will investigate the report to determine if the content violates our Terms of Service, Content Policy, or applicable laws.
• Outcome: If a violation is found, the content will be removed immediately. If the content is found to be compliant, no action will be taken.

3. Appeals Process

If you disagree with the outcome of a review:

• For Submitters: If your report was rejected, you may appeal by providing additional evidence to support@rilee.ai.
• For Content Creators: If your content was removed, you will be notified. You may appeal the decision within 7 days by contacting support with proof of compliance (e.g., model release forms).
• Depicted Persons: If you are a person depicted in the content and wish to appeal for its removal (e.g., if you did not give consent), please see our Appeals Policy.

4. Potential Outcomes

Following an investigation, potential outcomes include:

• Removal: The content is permanently removed from the platform.
• Account Action: The content uploader may receive a warning, suspension, or permanent ban depending on the severity of the violation (see our Content Policy for details on the Strike System).
• Legal Action: We cooperate with law enforcement for illegal content (e.g., CSAM, non-consensual content).
• No Action: The content remains if no violation is found.
