Content Policy

This policy applies to all content on the Rilee platform, including:

• AI-generated images and videos
• User-uploaded reference materials
• Prompts and text inputs
• User profiles, bios, and usernames
• Comments and community interactions
• Public galleries and shared content

Enforcement: We use a combination of automated systems, user reports, and manual review to enforce this policy. Violations may result in content removal, account warnings, strikes, temporary suspension, or permanent termination.

The following content types are restricted and subject to additional moderation:

3.1 Adult/NSFW Content

Adult content is permitted with restrictions:

• Allowed: Artistic nudity, consensual adult content, erotic art
• Requirements: Must comply with all laws; cannot depict real identifiable persons without consent
• Age Verification: Users must be 18+ to create or view such content
• Restrictions: Cannot be made public if excessively explicit; subject to moderation review

3.2 Violence

• Mild to moderate violence in artistic or fictional contexts is permitted
• Must not glorify real-world violence or harm
• Context matters: fantasy/sci-fi violence vs. realistic depictions

3.3 Controversial or Sensitive Topics

• Political content is allowed but must not incite violence
• Religious content is allowed but must not promote hatred
• Historical content including sensitive imagery must be educational or artistic in nature

4.1 Copyright

• Do not create content that infringes on others' copyrights
• Prompts requesting copyrighted characters, logos, or trademarks may be restricted
• Fan art and derivative works should be transformative and follow fair use principles

4.2 Trademark and Brand Misuse

• Do not impersonate brands or create misleading branded content
• Do not use Rilee to create counterfeit or fraudulent materials
• Commercial use of trademarked content may require licensing

4.3 Right of Publicity

• Do not create content using the likeness of real, identifiable people without permission
• Celebrity or public figure likenesses are subject to right of publicity laws
• Parody and commentary may be protected but must be clearly labeled

• No Spam: Do not flood the platform with repetitive or low-quality content
• No Manipulation: Do not artificially inflate engagement, likes, or views
• No Bots: Automated content generation for spam purposes is prohibited
• No Impersonation: Do not impersonate other users, staff, or entities

6.1 Synthetic Media Disclosure

• All content generated by Rilee is clearly marked as AI-generated
• Do not remove or obscure watermarks or AI-generation indicators
• Do not present AI-generated content as real photography or footage

6.2 Harmful Misinformation

• Do not create content intended to spread harmful medical misinformation
• Do not create deepfakes or synthetic media to mislead or defraud
• Do not create content to manipulate elections or democratic processes

• No System Abuse: Do not attempt to circumvent content filters or moderation systems
• No Exploitation: Do not exploit bugs, vulnerabilities, or unintended features
• No Resource Abuse: Do not use the platform in ways that excessively consume resources
• No Reverse Engineering: Do not attempt to extract or replicate our AI models

8.1 Automated Filtering

We use AI-powered systems to:

• Screen prompts for prohibited keywords and phrases
• Analyze generated content for policy violations
• Block or flag potentially violating content for review

8.2 User Reports

Community members can report content they believe violates this policy:

• Reports are reviewed within 24 hours
• Reporters receive updates on the status of their report
• False reports or abuse of the reporting system may result in penalties

8.3 Manual Review

Our moderation team manually reviews:

• Flagged content from automated systems
• User reports
• Random samples for quality assurance
• Appeals from users

9.1 Strike System

We use a progressive enforcement system:

The following violations result in immediate permanent termination without warning:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Terrorism or violent extremism
• Human trafficking or exploitation
• Repeated attempts to circumvent moderation
• Creating new accounts to evade bans

9.3 Content Actions

• Removal: Content is deleted from the platform
• Restrict Public Access: Content remains in your library but cannot be shared publicly
• Age Gate: Content requires additional age verification to view
• NSFW Flag: Content is marked as adult/NSFW and hidden by default

If you believe content was incorrectly moderated or your account was unjustly penalized:

1. Submit an appeal through your account dashboard or email appeals@rilee.ai
2. Include relevant details: content ID, reason for appeal, and supporting information
3. Appeals are reviewed by a different moderator within 5 business days
4. You will receive a response explaining the decision

Note: Decisions involving CSAM, terrorism, or other illegal content are final and not subject to appeal.
