Subscriptions: Subscription plans automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

Credit Expiration: Credits may expire according to your plan terms. Non-subscription credits typically do not expire unless stated otherwise.

You agree not to use the Service to create, upload, share, or generate content that violates our Content Policy. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or content depicting minors in sexual or suggestive contexts
• Non-consensual intimate content, including deepfakes and sexual violence
• Illegal content or content promoting illegal activities
• Extreme violence, gore, torture, or animal cruelty
• Hate speech, harassment, or content promoting violence against protected groups
• Intellectual property infringement or impersonation
• Spam, malware, or deceptive content
• Platform abuse, including circumventing safety measures

Content Moderation: We reserve the right to review, moderate, remove, or restrict access to any content that violates these Terms or our Content Policy. Violations may result in strikes, account suspension, or permanent termination without refund.

Reporting: If you encounter content that violates these terms, please report it to support@rilee.ai.

Your Content: You retain ownership of content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

Public Content: Content you designate as "public" may be displayed in galleries, shared with other users, and used for promotional purposes. You grant other users the right to view and interact with your public content.

Our Content: The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, and other content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by Kylee Labs Inc. and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

AI-Generated Content: Content generated using AI models may be subject to copyright limitations. You are responsible for ensuring your use of AI-generated content complies with applicable laws.

Automated Filtering: We use automated systems to filter and block prohibited content.

Manual Review: Content may be subject to manual review by our moderation team.

Strike System: Violations of these terms may result in strikes against your account. Accumulation of strikes may lead to temporary or permanent account suspension.

Appeals: If you believe content was incorrectly moderated, you may appeal through our support channels.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service
• Implement maintenance windows and service updates
• Change features, pricing, or credit costs with notice
• Limit usage or access to prevent abuse

AS IS Service: THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

No Guarantee: We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, secure, or meet your specific requirements.

Limitation of Liability: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KYLEE LABS INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Maximum Liability: Our total liability to you for all claims shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

By You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support or using account deletion features.

By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may delete your content and account data according to our data retention policies.

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Arbitration: Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules, except where prohibited by law.

Class Action Waiver: You agree that any arbitration or proceeding shall be limited to the dispute between you and Kylee Labs Inc. individually. You waive the right to participate in class actions or class-wide arbitration.
